My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an AST and Block Manager to join their Head office in the City of London!!

Duties:

  • Managing 7 Blocks and 150 Resindetial Properties
  • Liaising with tenants on maintenance issues, ensuring tenants appropriately troubleshoot and where necessary organising timely repairs
  • Meeting and greeting all new tenants at the commencement of their tenancies
  • iaising with tenants on ad hoc tenancy matters
  • Supporting the Compliance Team and Facilities Managers in ensuring all Statutory Health and Safety inspections are up to date both within the tenants demise and within the blocks in which the flats are situated
  • Responsibility for ensuring the timely payment of rents and collection of arrears in conjunction with Credit Controllers
  • Carrying out routine property inspections
  • Ensuring properties present in their best light for marketing
  • Liaising with tenants re. internal and external redecoration of common parts Organising and overseeing minor works between tenancies and liaising with Savills Projects Team for larger scale works
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Drawing up accurate client reports
  • Occasionally attending and reporting at client meetings
  • Periodically serving notices and attending court proceedings as required
  • Liaising with external block managers and RTM companies
  • Liaison with utility companies
  • Liaising with other Savills departments
  • Keeping the list of utilities paid by tenant to managing agent up to date and ensuring charges are being raised by accounts and ensuring payment collection


Salary is £34,000 + Discretionairy Bonus
Working Hours is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Must Have 2 Years Experience in AST Management.
