Key Responsibilities In this exciting role your day to day activities will include assisting in the process of achieving planning consent, leading projects on a daily basis and undertaking due diligence reviews of technical matters when reviewing opportunities. You will be also responsible for managing budgets to ensure authorised spend limits are not exceeded, as well as negotiating payments of consultants and contractors.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, you'll have a professional qualification (MRICS, APM, CIOB or similar)
- Knowledge on the Construction industry
