Project Management opportunity with a Construction Consultancy based in Warwickshire.
This is a new opportunity with a small practice in Warwickshire that provides a full Project Management and Cost Consultancy service to a range of clients. They provide an excellent service and have a great range of projects crossing a wide variety of sectors which also includes some listed and ecclesiastical works. Projects are typically between £5-15m in contract value. Most of their current schemes are local to the West Midlands region.
We are now looking for an experienced construction Project Manager to join their team. Ideally you will already have experience gained with a consultancy, or a similar client side project management role. This will be very much a client facing position so in addition to the construction project management experience we would be looking for strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own projects and workload.
This firm takes a flexible approach to working and is looking for an individual with the same team focus whose focus is on delivering the highest of standards to their clients.
