Kier work as part of a framework for Western Power Distribution to ensure its customers have power in their homes, businesses, schools and hospitals. We are an essential member of the team mainly working on reactive and planned maintenance.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for ensuring commercially our tenders are assessed correctly and risks identified. You will be liaising with the project teams to carry out reviews of progress against contract margins and ensure subcontractors are in line with Kier procedures. Ensuring cash flow is maximised will be key along with assisting the Managing QS with month end reporting.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in the role, you will hold experience within a similar role and an appropriate qualification as well as experience working with NEC suite of contracts. You will also have sound commercial and business knowledge.
