You will be working for an established international Facilities Management company.
The role:
As the Resident Engineer, you will be carrying out the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs. Furthermore, you must ensure all tasks on the system are closed on time with detailed updates ensuring that issues are brought to the attention of the site team. You will also be responding to requests made by the management team and liaising with the site Facilities Management team ensuring all clients needs and demands are met.
