You will be working for an established Facilities Management company.

The role:

You will be managing reactive and planned maintenance issues and ensuring it is completed within the due date given. Furthermore you will be responsible for managing the subcontractor attendance on site which includes reviewing RAMS prior to visits and booking visits with contractors within the management team.
