We are currently looking for a Resident liaison officer to work out of our Leamington Spa office. This will be a customer facing role based mainly on site in the Leamington spa area working with customers who are having construction works on there homes.
Your duties will be as follows
Booking in schedule of construction works with customers
Inspecting work and booking in appointments
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Managing works between contractors and customers
This is a long term position with potential to be temp to perm position.
Requirements for the role are
CSCS Card
Own transport
Previous experience preferred but not essential,
