Breedon are seeking a Sales Coordinator based at our Daviot Office in the Highlands Region. Working as part of our Internal Sales Team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for preparation of quotations and the processing of orders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
* Respond to all customer enquiries by issuing prices and quotations in a timely & professional manner
* Follow up quotations and amend as and when required
* Assist the Commercial Manager with commercial reporting i.e. weekly won & lost reports
* Liaise with Distribution Department to ensure customer orders are delivered at the desired times
* Liaise with Credit Control to resolve customer queries whilst ensuring customers trade within agreed credit limits.
This is an interesting role for the right individual with experience in a sales role and the ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail. You will possess the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging but rewarding sales environment. You will be pro-active, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative and also be competent in liaising with all levels of employees throughout the company and be highly organised.
