Proactive Solutions Sales Executive required develop commercial clients in a business-to-business sales process. Identify and target new clients as well as managing existing clients. This is an office based sales position with occasional face to face client meetings as required to further develop key relationships.
The Sales Executive will be goal oriented, success driven, excited to close deals as this is not a micro managed environment, you will be self-motivated to achieve your best each day. Working with a team of friendly goal orientated sales professionals in a fun, friendly banter environment.
As the successful Solutions Sales Executive, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 with an uncapped OTE, realistic first year earning £35,000, second year £50,000 plus. Highest performer earned £96,000.
To be successful:
- Sales Executive will be self-disciplined, organised, motivated, team player and hungry to earn money
- Sales Executive will have previous telesales experience or face to face sales experience
- Sales Executive will have experience in business to business / customer services / managing relationships
- Sales Executive will be educated with minimum of C or above in GCSE, A-levels or 2:2 degree
- Sales Executive will have a full driving licence with no previous disqualifications
