Major London Residential Project
Position: Permanent
Salary: £80 000 - £100 000
There is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on a £140 million residential project in the heart of London. You will be working for a top main contractor who boast an extremely competitive salary and benefits package and see this project through from inception to completion. An experienced construction professional is required, who can handle all aspects of construction phases from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience working on projects over £100 million preferably in London
- Comprehensive knowledge on all construction aspects especially logistics, scoping packages and all phases of construction.
- A strong working history being the No 1 on site.
- Keen to take on unusual and tricky projects.
