We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a fast growing and highly successful independent firm of construction and property consultants. They provide a range of services to clients across the UK including the full range of cost consultancy services. This is very much a full pre and post contract cost consultancy / professional quantity surveying role working closely with the client, with this firms project work crossing a number of sectors.
This highly successful firm have been providing a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services to clients for several years. The successful candidate will be responsible for a growing service offering with this firm with the opportunity to grow a team and with very real progression prospects to Associate level and beyond. This role would be likely to suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong traditional PQS skills working on a range of refurbishment and reinstatement works.
We're looking for Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years Quantity Surveying experience within consultancy or private practice and also ideally MRICS qualified. You should have gained good overall knowledge and experience of the overall construction project process, pre and post contract, with the intention of widening this experience. At the same time nothing can replace ambition and a desire to succeed as well as real enthusiasm for the job.
