Dove & Hawk are working with the leading real estate agency in Palmers Green, who are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain accurate records of listings
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Arrange and conduct viewings, providing detailed information about properties
- Negotiate sales agreements and liaise between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
- Coordinate with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in residential sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Basic, £45,000+ OTE + Car Allowance
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri, Saturday 9:30 am - 4:00 pm (5-day week, with a day off in lieu for Saturday work)
Bonuses: £1500 cash bonuses based on achieving targets
