Location: Exeter with agile/hybrid working available
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime (Part-time hours available if desired, just let us know)
Salary: Up to £45k + Company Car + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits

Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Geographical Information System (GIS) services, web application, and utility maps to a wide range of clients, including engineers, designers and construction workers. In this role you will also play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of GS professionals, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your day to day will include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the GIS service department, including schedules, staffing and customer service
  • Ensure timely delivery of high -quality GIS services, web applications, and utility maps to clients and handle customer complaints
  • Develop and implement GIS service policies and procedures, including quality assurance processes
  • Lead and manage a team of GIS professionals to achieve department goals
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among team members
Who are we looking for?

This role of Service Delivery Manager is great for you if you have:

  • Knowledge of Geographical Information System (GIS)
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead an motivate a team
  • Experience using ESRI ArcGIS, AGOL and/or ArcGIS Enterprise
