Contract: Full time, Permanent



Responsibilities



As a Site Manager you'll be supporting the Site team on £69m highly sustainable mixed use commercial building.



Your day to day will include:



  • Work closely with the Project Manager overseeing production on a range of developments
  • Manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
  • Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you have:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Like for like industry experience
