Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Strategic Projects team, supporting them on a wide range of projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure, public sector and more!
Your day to day will include:
- Writing, managing and updating programmes; assisting in the provision of a safe, efficient and cost-effective service stream on all areas of service delivery
- Developing site specific plans with Senior Management and continually reviewing, implementing, monitoring and enforcing procedures
- Reviewing method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Kier procedures; discharging Health and Safety responsibilities in accordance with Kier Group Safety, Health and Environment Management System requirements
- Arranging and chairing pre-start meetings with sub-contractors and attending hand-over meeting with pre-construction team
Who are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- You are degree qualified with ability to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
