We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Store person, working with a high performing Stores team in Sproughton Ipswich, with some occasional travel.
This role with support the Stores Team Leader in managing all aspects of Stores, Warehousing, SHE, Logistics including procurement to support the current collaborative frameworks alongside the Stores & Logistics Manager
Summary of key responsibilities:
- To provide support for the frameworks
- Responsible for the control of the regional stores, depots, processes and procedures.
- Ordering of materials and consumables for stock and mains laying.
- Receipt of deliveries, checking and putting away.
- Fork Lift, services and maintenance.
- Enforcement, adherence of procedures, standards and processes.
- Ensuring all personal training requirements & records are updated and maintained.
- To complete required plant checks daily including LOLER, PUWER and Waste Management.
- Taking full responsibility of the entire stores facility and management in absence of the Team Leader.
- Experience in stores and managing plant, stores and logistics.
- Good IT skills
- Fork Lift/Telehandler
- WMS
- CSCS
- Full Driving License
- SAP Trained.
