Our client is setting up a new factory to produce modular homes from 1 to 12 storeys. The factory based in Basildon, Essex and will have the capacity to produce 400 homes a year.

Having secured initial projects within their region, they are now recruiting a team to ensure the timescales are met in line with delivery schedule.

Key Requirements:
:: Degree qualified in Structural Engineer - ideally with a Timber focus
:: Ambition to become chartered
:: Ability to produce detailed structural calculations
:: Knowledge of Eurocode 5
:: Softwares - AutoCAD, Revit or any other specialist software
