Technical Administrator - Sub Contracts

Location: Waterbeach (may initially include some travel to Sandy)

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team in Waterbeach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collation of documents, creating files and preparation of Sub-Contracts. Liaising with sites.
  • Collate documentation for Sub-Contractor's entry onto Oracle (Finance System) and seeing PTP's through to approval (chasing where necessary).
  • Manage e-mails in the "Subs" In-Box. Dealing with queries on a daily basis.
  • Record and follow through to approval (chasing when necessary) all required Sub-Contractors, liaising with H&S and Quality & Environment Managers.
  • Enter data of approved Sub-Contractors onto SHEA acceptance Register.
  • Monitor progress of Sub-Contracts, from posting through to fully signed, chasing where necessary and acquiring Directors Signatures.
  • Completing the process of scanning, returning and filing of fully signed Sub-Contracts.
  • General administration duties within the Sub-Contracts office.
  • Liaising with Project teams to assist in resolving queries and issues relating to Sub-Contracts.
  • Liaise with Sub-Contractors to assist in resolving queries and issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience

· Efficient and professional approach

· Good communication and organisational skills
