JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced Plumber to join the team of engineers on site.
The role will be 39 hours a week 7am - 3.30pm, Monday-Thursday and 7am - 2.30pm on Friday. Overtime and On call available.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
- Experienced Maintenance Engineer
- Plumbing level 2 minimum
- Multi Skilled
- Reliable and can work as a team
