  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Processor or Credit Analyst (mortgages preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lender credit policy fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements (NCCP, BID, AML/CTF)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with mortgage CRMs (e.g., Flex / Brokerengine)

    Pre-Lodgement & Assessment

  • Review fact-find, scenario notes, and client objectives
  • Conduct initial credit analysis and assess borrowing capacity
  • Identify policy alignment and lender suitability
  • Review and verify supporting documents (income, ID, liabilities, expenses)
  • Prepare full loan applications in CRM and ApplyOnline
  • Identify missing information and follow up with brokers or clients
  • Lodgement

  • Complete and upload applications into lender portals
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and lender-specific requirements
  • Prepare submission notes aligned with lender credit policy
  • Maintain file compliance in CRM and internal systems
  • Post-Lodgement

  • Manage lender follow-ups, valuation bookings, and outstanding items
  • Respond to lender credit requests in a timely manner
  • Update brokers and clients on application progress
  • Address issues proactively and escalate where required
