I'm partnering with a well-established, medium-sized construction consultancy in London that has built a reputation for quiet excellence. Their work is characterised by intelligent delivery, measured leadership, and long-term client partnerships-resulting in a brand that carries significant weight without needing to overstate itself.

This appointment represents an opportunity for an MRICS Executive Quantity Surveyor seeking a role with meaningful strategic impact, professional autonomy, and the ability to help shape the direction of both projects and teams.

  • A portfolio that reflects discernment - commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes delivered with clarity and precision.
  • The right scale - sophisticated enough to attract significant work, intentionally sized to ensure individuals remain visible and valued.

The Role
As an Executive Quantity Surveyor, you will lead cost management across high-profile London projects, guiding clients through early-stage strategy, design development, procurement and delivery. You will contribute to long-term client relationships, mentor emerging talent, and work closely with senior leadership to support the consultancy's continued evolution.

What You Will Bring

  • A clear, credible route to further senior progression
  • An environment defined by professionalism, balance and trust
  • The opportunity to work on projects that are both challenging and rewarding

This is an appointment suited to an individual who values discretion, influence and long-term career quality. If you are seeking a role where your expertise is recognised and your judgement truly matters, this opportunity merits serious consideration.
