We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Regional Build Team based in Inverness. Within this role, you can enjoy flexible hours, career progression and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.

Location: Inverness, Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Regional Build Team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the site, ensuring the work is completed safely on time and within budget

  • Meeting the quality standards required by the client

  • Working on a variety of projects whilst demonstrating your extensive financial knowledge and keeping site records accurately maintained


Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • Experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m
