We're looking for Site Quality Manager to join our Kier Construction - Build North & Scotland based on site on a flagship project in Tain. Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As Site Manager, you'll be working within Kier Construction helping delivery of a large new build, Passivhaus Education project that is a flagship in the region.



Overseeing on site quality you will take a front seat in communicating with the client, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that delivery is to the highest quality standards, working closely with the delivery team, working collaboratively manage standards, review, audit and report.

What are we looking for?

This role of Quality Site Manager is great for you if:

  • Experience in delivering building projects ranging in value from £10M - £50M
  • Have worked on large commercial construction projects, ideally education
  • HNC/HND or above in a Construction related discipline
  • Have experience working on Public sector Projects
  • Strong technical acumen across multiple work packages
  • Confidence with paperwork and reports, able to maintain accuracy and timeliness
