Breedon are seeking to recruit a Trainee Sales Representative based at our West Region Office near Oban. Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role will have responsibility across the area for sales of both dry and coated stone and ready mixed concrete.
Key deliverables include:
* To deliver a continual improvement in business growth achieving sales revenue/margin, budgets and targets, in accordance with strategic objectives
* To establish, maintain and grow relationships with key business customers at the appropriate level, to understand their objectives and ensure they are delivered
* To maintain a high degree of market and competitor knowledge
* To target major opportunities and position the business as the market choice
* To be able to work as part of a close area team and with all other business stakeholders.
This is an interesting role for the right individual looking to gain experience in a sales role and have the ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail. You will possess the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging but rewarding sales environment. You will be pro-active, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative and also be competent in liaising with all levels of employees throughout the company and be highly organised.
